Curious what your neighbor’s thoughts and experiences were with the recent pilot call in program for bulk pickups? Well, the results are in!

During the month of December 2018, neighbors were asked to complete a two-part, 16 question survey about Austin Resource Recovery’s pilot program which ran in Crestview from April 2018 until the end of December 2018. Under the city’s pilot, the traditional bulk pickups held (usually around June and December) were replaced with a call-in only program where customers could call in up to three times and schedule a pickup for two or more items.

Using the SurveyMonkey platform, a variety of question formats were used including multiple choice, true/false, rankings and open-ended responses. Both parts of the survey took most people less than 10 minutes to complete, even with comments.
